SUPPLIER INFORMATION

Target Audience Private health club owners or executives who make purchasing and strategic business decisions for 2-20 clubs, or single clubs with an aggregate membership of 3,000+. We also invite executives from Major YMCA purchaisng groups, JCCs and some medically-based fitness facility executives. (Referrals from host suppliers are welcome).
Format & Appointment Selection Appointments with each guest last twenty minutes. Suppliers rotate to tables assigned to the guest buyers in round-robin fashion. You’ll receive a business profile on the guest buyers in advance and the guests receive yours. You will meet with all guests and you will participate in social and networking activities to help you build or enhance relationships.
Note: Manufacturers may display one piece of equipment at no charge. You cover your own set up and electrical charges.
Participation Limit Maximum of 30 host suppliers, maximum of two representatives per supplier. The FISA board will approve additional suppliers as needed.
Presentation Options Most suppliers rely on verbal presentations and provide guests with printed collateral. FISA provides complementary mail service for each guest to mail their collateral back to their offices. FISA also supplies electrical power for laptop presentations.
Your Investment $6000 for the first company representative, $9000 for two. All “first time” companies $5000. Second representatives for "first time" companies $2000. Please submit full participation fees upon receipt of invoice.
What's Included Your package includes a 3-night stay, all catered meals, appointments, social and networking activities. Guests receive the same package, plus one-round trip, coach airfare and round trip, airport transfer.
