**FISA will not provide any labor to move equipment into the room. Please make sure that your common carriers know that this is an inside delivery to a second floor ballroom. Equipment will be placed around the perimeter of the meeting room. Placement will be based on size, electrical needs, and ease of movement around the room. There is a possibility that some equipment will need to be staged in the foyer outside the meeting room.
Payment
Please make sure that you set up direct billing to your room for any handling charges.
