What's Unique About This Event?
This is the only event in North America that is geared specifically for senior program management. These executives typically have at least ten years experience in the fitness business. They are the decision- makers you are trying to reach but they are too busy and rarely in their offices. That's why they welcome the opportunity to get away from their day to day operations, relax with their peers and explore their relationships with you

Products or services that supoprt group or individual programming, member retention, drive non-dues revenue, and expand staff training and development are good fits.
Target Audience
Fitness & Program Directors with budget responsibility from large and regional, multi-club chains.
The Format
No exhibit expenses, but you may display your product in the meeting room and use your time to demonstrate it. No schedule conflicts with “classes.“ You'll meet one on one for twenty minutes with Fitness & Program Directors. You'll receive a business profile for each guest about thirty days before the event to help you prepare for each appointment and to customize your appointment schedule.
How Does it Work/Onsite Support
Most suppliers rely on verbal presentations and they also provide printed collateral. FISA provides Fitness & Program Directors with complementary shipping service to mail their collateral home. We also supply electrical power to recharge laptops and Internet access to check or send emails.
Participation Limmit
A maximum of 25 host suppliers may participate; maximum of two representatives per company. This usually allows every supplier to meet with every guest.
Your Investment
$4500 for the first company representative. All “First time” companies $3500. All second company representatives $2000.
What's Included in the Package
Each club chain is provided with one complementary round trip, airfare, round trip ground transportation, a 3 night stay, catered meals, social and networking activities. Suppliers receive the same package except airfare and ground transportation.
